Why choose me for belly binding support?

As a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist, I empower new parents. When performing your belly binding services, this knowledge and support comes with it. You can ask me questions about things like postpartum recovery or baby topics like nursing or sleep. You’ll gain much more than just belly binding: you’ll feel peace of mind and support.

FAQs

  • Using a long piece of fabric, we will wrap your mid-section. This wrap will bring warmth, comfort, and support to your core, womb, and pelvic floor. I will return every 2 - 3 days to re-wrap your bind.

  • For both vaginal and surgical births, you can begin within the first week of birth. *But please confirm with your doctor.

  • There isn’t a perfect number of sessions. My packages start at three sessions and continue on. The “best” number of sessions depends on your recovery, availability, and budget.

  • You should keep your wrap on for as long as you feel comfortable. For results, it should be kept on for at least 12 hours.
